Ravelin Properties REIT has added seven new senior executives to its c-suite as part of its plan to internalize the company’s management.
The appointments come roughly one month after the REIT changed its name from Slate Office REIT, also part of the internalization process. Previously, Ravelin relied on an external management arrangement with Slate Asset Management.
In the latest step, Ravelin named a CFO and COO as well as new vice presidents and managing directors.
The appointments are:
- Robert Hibberd as chief financial officer
- Rachna Morgado as chief operating officer
- Sarah Jane O’Shea as managing director
- Jeremy Kaupp as managing director
- Emmanuel Muyal as senior vice president, finance
- Gopikannan Pillai as senior vice president, legal
- Dan Sheremeto as senior vice president, real estate and corporate finance
The appointees will work alongside Shant Poladian, who took over the role of chief executive effective Jan. 1, 2025.
“Our team is now in place and operating across our global platform, including fully functioning accounting, finance, corporate and real estate operations,” Poladian said in a statement.
“We are well-positioned to move forward with the REIT’s strategic goals as we navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead of us.”
