Raven Indigenous Capital Partners has made a multi-million-dollar investment in Nuqo Modular to accelerate the construction of affordable housing.
Vancouver-based Nuqo will also launch modular solutions in the child-care and education sectors.
“Raven is thrilled to support the next phase of NUQO’s growth and development as it expands its offerings of innovative, sustainable, and culturally grounded modular spaces in the housing, child-care and education sectors,” said Stephen Nairne, Raven’s chief investment officer.
Nuqo, in partnership with the Squamish Nation, has built two affordable housing buildings with 82 units. Nuqo is a female-led Indigenous B Corp.
