RBC Capital Markets’ real estate group has expanded its property brokerage team with the addition of Tim Pacaud as a director, Green Street News can reveal.
He started on Sept. 5 in Toronto, reporting to David Tweedie and David Holden, co-heads of the bank’s Canadian real estate investment banking division.
With over 21 years of commercial real estate investment experience across all major asset classes, Pacaud will support the property brokerage team by working closely with Tweedie and Holden.
Pacaud moved over from CBRE, where he most recently was a senior vice president. At CBRE, he was part of the team that brokered the 2023 sale-leaseback of 12 buildings owned by drug manufacturer Apotex to U.S.-based REIT W. P. Carey for $640m.
