A FOOD and beverage operator has leased the 160 sqm ground floor space of the residential complex at 88 Beaconsfield Parade in Melbourne’s Albert Park.
High-end eatery Beacon 88 signed a five-year deal at $95,000 per annum net, at around $593 per sqm, and will begin trading in the coming months.
Knight Frank’s Paul Pellegrino negotiated the deal on behalf Pentas Property Investments.
