Pacrim Hospitality Services has shed a Saskatchewan hotel for $3.9m.
First Canadian Management acquired the Kindersley All Suites Hotel, in Kindersley, in a late-September deal brokered by Avison Young.
The valuation for the 89-room hotel is roughly $43,000/room. The independently operated property was formerly under Choice Hotels flags, including as a Suburban Extended Stay Hotel and a Quality Inn & Suites.
The Kindersley All Suites Hotel was built in 2014. It has a fitness centre, a business centre and laundry services.
At 700 12th Avenue East, the hotel is near the Kindersley West Central Events Centre and the Kindersley & District Plains Museum, as well as restaurants and businesses.
The town of Kindersley is at the intersection of Highway 7, the primary thoroughfare between Saskatoon and Calgary and Highway 21, which connects to the U.S. border. The town is 190 km from Saskatoon, 330 km from Regina, and 350 km from Calgary.
