SENTINEL Property Group has acquired the Home Quarter retail centre at Dandenong in Melbourne’s south-east for $29.8 million.
The property is Sentinel’s third retail asset in Melbourne, following its purchase of City West Plaza homemaker in Sunshine and 138 Bourke St.
The Home Quarter complex will be held in the Sentinel Dandenong Trust.
Located at 55-67 Frankston-Dandenong Rd Dandenong, the homemaker centre comprises a total lettable area of 12,234 sqm. It is anchored by nine national tenants, including Super Retail Group (Supercheap Auto and Amart Sports), Fantastic Furniture, The Good Guys, Clark Rubber, Officeworks, Godfreys, Subway and Chipmunks Playland. There is also parking for 268 cars.
The deal was negotiated by Leiba Commercial’s Marc Leiba.
