SIX bidders have competed at auction for a South Melbourne commercial development site with potential for a five-level office building, which under the hammer for $3.21 million.
Zoned Commercial 2, the vacant 90-94 Tope Street property covers 325 sqm and has a 14.3-metre frontage. It sold with an existing 315 sqm building.
The sale price reflected a land rate of $9,876 per sqm.
Lemon Baxter’s Chris Curtain, Will McMullin and Nick Bade sold the property.
