AN owner occupier has paid $193,500 for an office suite in St Kilda Road, in a deal negotiated by Savills Australia.
Suite 612 at 370 St Kilda Road, comprises a 57.4 sqm office space, including three separate offices and a reception area, and one basement carpark.
Savills Australia divisional director, investment sales, Joel Wald, said the property was sold with vacant possession and the vendor was not disclosed.
He added that the property had attracted a lot of attention – particularly from a growing owner-occupier market – due to its location on St Kilda Rd and within easy reach of the CBD.
