TELSTRA has come calling for a refurbished corner retail space on Sydney Road in Melbourne’s inner northern suburb of Coburg.
The major telco leased the 70 sqm Shop 4, 368 Sydney Road at $55,000 per annum, equating to $785 per sqm, in a deal negotiated by Craig McKellar and John Star of CVA, in conjunction with Michelle Lanza and Joe Pollina of RE Blue Estate Agents.
McKellar said Telstra were eager to finalise the deal given the high volume of passing foot and car traffic, accessibility to transport and ample public parking.
The shop is within a corner building that has eight ground floor retail spaces and full first floor office.
