Blackcat has given the assignment for 842 and 844 Dundas Street West to Luxe Home Town Realty. The two-storey buildings comprise ground-level retail space and second-floor residential units. Each building has one two-bedroom unit.
842 Dundas Street West is listed at $2.1m. The valuation for the 2,100 sq ft building is $1,000/sq ft. It’s tenanted by Vape Shop.
844 Dundas Street West asks $2.8m, or $948/sq ft, for the almost 3,000 sq ft property. ERBN Green Modern Market occupies retail space in the building.
The assets were completed in 1990 and 2000, respectively, and renovated in 2020. The buildings are zoned CR – commercial residential, permitting such uses as an office, medical office, art gallery or financial institution.
