Lennard Commercial Realty has the assignment for 950 Dupont Street on behalf of an unknown vendor.
The western portion of 950 Dupont comprises an 11,000 sq ft space with 40-ft ceilings. It serves as an athletic centre for BallMatics Academy and Uchenna Academy.
The eastern portion comprises office and retail units. Tenants include City Dance Corps, Cat’s Eye Coffee and InterAccess. According to marketing materials, the property offers substantial net operating income.
The building, which comprises 74,000 sq ft, is zoned E2 – employment industrial – permitting uses including cold storage, manufacturing, retail and office.
At the corner of Dupont Street and Dovercourt Road, the building is 1 km from Ossington subway station and Bloor Street West, and 2 km from Bloor GO station. It’s serviced by several TTC bus routes.
