TRINITY Group has disposed of a Queensland neighbourhood shopping centre for $9.11 million.
Trinity has sold the Centrepoint Arcade at Innisfail at below the book value of $9.4 million.
Centrepoint Arcade is a neighbourhood shopping arcade that underwent major reconfiguration in 2007 to create additional tenancies and to accommodate a larger Woolworths supermarket.
The proceeds will be applied in reducing NAB debt.
