UAE-based property developer Arada is growing its Australian property market footprint with a new head office in Pyrmont.
The new head office is located in Sydney’s inner city, just 2km out from the CBD, at 12 Harvey Street.
Arada is already planning multiple projects across NSW, with $2.5 billion across its extended pipeline for Australian operations.
This includes developments located within the Inner West, South West and Hills Shire suburbs that will inject 2,500 homes into the Sydney housing market.
“Launching in Australia marks a pivotal moment for Arada as we continue to realise our vision of integrated residential communities that help people lead happier, healthier and more meaningful lives,” said Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, group CEO at Arada.
“Arada is passionate about delivering activated precincts that deliver a community-based approach to housing supply. Our initial projects in Sydney are strategically located within growth corridors, aligning with NSW Government initiatives to expand housing near transport hubs and minimising strain on existing infrastructure.”
Australian-born Alkhoshaibi is spearheading the Australian operations and business growth.
Arada’s developments will feature premium amenities including green spaces, retail outlets and its own fitness and wellbeing offering, Wellfit.
The developer has partnered with globally renowned architecture practice Woods Bagot to design and deliver its projects across Australia.
Internally, Arada has delivered 9,000 homes with another 21,000 in the pipeline, with its current project portfolio valued at $24 billion.
“With a strong financial position, an impressive track record and a dedicated local team, we are poised to make a positive impact on our future residents and the communities we serve,” said Alkhoshaibi.
Construction and sales across Australia are scheduled to commence in 2025.
