United Active Living has bought three senior housing properties in Calgary.
Totalling 544 units, the acquisitions bring the company’s portfolio to 862 units in Calgary. The firm is assuming ownership and management of the assets.
The Calgary-based firm bought Lake Bonavista Village at 11800 Lake Fraser Drive SE, Trinity Lodge at 1111 Glenmore Trail SW, and Lodge at Valley Ridge at 11479 Valley Ridge Drive NW. The portfolio includes independent and assisted living suites.
The deal expands United’s Calgary portfolio to five communities. According to the firm’s website, it also owns the Fish Creek and Garrison Green communities.
