- What Carl Vosko has bought a single-tenant industrial property in Montréal
- Why CBRE brokered the deal at $180/sq ft
- What next Clothing company Hatley previously occupied the warehouse
The owner of event rental company Celebrations Group bought a warehouse and distribution centre in Montréal for $17m, Green Street News can reveal.
CBRE brokered the sale of 3999-4001 Boulevard de la Côte-Vertu. The deal closed on Dec. 20. The valuation for the 93,000 sq ft single-tenant property works out to $180/sq ft.
Carl Vosko, owner of Québec’s largest party and special events rental company, purchased the building from Trois Amigos Inc., which is owned by the Oldland brothers, founders of clothing company Hatley.
Hatley occupied the building for roughly five years and has since vacated.
The one-storey building, on 4 acres in an industrial park in the Saint-Laurent area, was built in 1971. It has 18-foot clear ceiling heights, 100 parking stalls, two drive-in loading docks and eight truck-level doors.
The facility is 6 km from Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport and 13 km from downtown Montréal.
