A 29-acre land parcel with a processing facility and warehouse on Vancouver Island has hit the market hoping to net $12.5m.
At 10555 West Saanich Road in North Saanich, the buildings, completed in 1989, total 97,000 sq ft across three structures. Colliers has the marketing assignment.
The three structures include an 81,000 sq ft processing facility, a 12,000 sq ft distribution facility and a 4,200 sq ft office building.
The land is zoned for agriculture and the campaign notes that it was previously home to food company Epicure, which made several upgrades to the property.
Near the Swartz Bay ferry terminal, the building offers access to Metro Vancouver. It is 30 km north of downtown Victoria.
