Bruno Wall resigned as president and is now CFO and chair of the company’s board of directors. Simon Yoon was named president and was appointed a director of the company.
Wall replaces Peter Ufford as chair. Ufford resigned as chair and was appointed vice chair and lead director of the board.
Furthermore, Peter Wall has resigned as a director.
