The 305sqm space a Lot 10/9 Inspiration Drive comprises a fully fitted-out showroom with rear warehouse access and customer parking on-site, as well as exposure to the suburb’s key thoroughfare of Hartman Drive.
It was sold with a leased until the end of August 2018 with a further three-year option to Pilgrims’ Caravan and RV Parts, returning $32,000 per annum plus outgoings and GST with 5% annual increases.
Anthony Morabito of Altegra Property Group negotiated the sale.
