Watpac and the Seymour Group have sold a vacant land in Hervey Bay for $11.25 million.
Watpac and Seymour jointly purchased the property in mid 2004 for $5 million.
Located at 36 Hillyard Street, the property has approximately 18,000 sqm on Hervey Bay.
Watpac currently owns part of the Urangan Boat Harbour which is planned for redevelopment.
“36 Hillyard was a joint purchase between WATPAC and the Seymour Group since 2004 and the wait to sell it has been worthwhile,” Watpac managing director Greg Kempton said.
