Property management group Wentworth Mutual Group has posted a surplus and cash receipts for the month of April 2006.
An operating cash surplus of over $428,000 for the month was recorded from the combined business operations of residential property management, real estate sales on the Eastern seaboard and management rights.
WWM has projected earnings before interest tax and depreciation of $800,000 for the 2005-2006 financial year.
