Blount Osborne Walsh has sold a modern office-warehouse building at West Melbourne for $1.27 million.
The 800-sqm property was sold after it was passed in at auction. The purchaser is an owner-occupier.
Located at Unit 8, 88 Dynon Road, the property has frontage of 15.8 metres and offers 215 sqm of office space with an adjoining warehouse or manufacturing space of 585 sqm as well a 12 bay car park.
Selling agent Matt Walsh said that the two significant features of the property are its location – barely two kilometres from the Melbourne CBD and the exceptional amenity of the building.
“The property is part of a quality complex of twelve strata-titled office-warehouses developed about six years ago by the Australand Group.
“It was offered with vacant possession and we passed it in at auction on September 13 when the bids did not quite reach the expectations of the vendor,” he added.
Blount Osborne Walsh also recently sold a substantial nearby industrial building complex in Dynon Road for more than $3.7 million.
