ELECTRICAL contractors John Moss Electrical has relocated to new premises at Mortdale in Sydney’s south-west.
The company has leased a freestanding warehouse at 33 Barry Avenue in a deal negotiated by Ryan Jennings of Ray White Industrial M5.
Jennings said there was solid interest in the property, which is owned by locally based investors.
“John Moss Electrical were looking for larger premises and this property was ideal for them. The vacant 700 sqm warehouse features a motorised container height roller door and great internal clearance with a two tonne gantry crane.
“There’s a secure yard for containers and equipment as well as a small rear yard for storage and plenty of onsite parking. The property also has a 50 sqm office,” he said.
John Moss Electrical has secured a three year lease with gross rental market sources estimate to be approximately $83,000 per annum.
