HARRY Triguboff's Meriton Apartments has bought a significant industrial site at Mascot in Sydney's south for $100 million.
Goodman Group sold the 31,500 sqm site at 19-33 Kent Rd Mascot, approximately 7 km from Sydney’s CBD.
Goodman said the sale is part of its active portfolio management strategy.
Meriton has plans to build 1,000 apartments on the site.
This acquisition comes hot on the heels of Meriton purchasing a site at 100 Bennelong Parkway in Sydney Olympic Park last week, for $24.5 million from Centuria Property Funds.
