FAMILY owned Flawless Construction Group has secured a new lease in 44-46 Berkshire Rd Sunshine North in Melbourne's west.
ICR Property Group’s Guy Naselli negotiated the lease at 44-46 Berkshire Rd Sunshine North.
The corner warehouse comprises 3,937 sqm of space.
Guy said the lease will allow the company to expand its growing requirements for warehousing and manufacturing commitments.
“The lease in Berkshire Rd highlights many businesses wanting to move from the tight inner city suburbs, to areas such as Sunshine utilizing the close proximity to arterials and freeway access,” Guy said.
