PAYCE Consolidated has sold its 50% interest in the West End residential joint venture to its partner Sekisui House for $61 million.
As part of the deal, Payce has also granted Sekisui House development rights over the retail precinct of the West End project.
Payce bought the former 2.6ha Absoe Furniture site in 2013 for $42 million. The site is earmarked for a mixed-use development including 1,500 apartments.
