A 104sqm Collins Street office space in Melbourne’s CBD has sold for what is believed to be a record rate of $9,615 per sqm.
The vacant open-plan Suite 202 of 546 Collins Street, known as McPherson’s Building, sold for around $1 million within two weeks of public marketing commencing.
Colliers’ Chris Ling and Anthony Kirwan sold the property, which they said received multiple offers amidst strong offshore interest, and sold on a record building and Collins Street strata rate.
It also includes two secure basement car parks on title.
The C grade office building is situated in the CBD’s west end between King and Spencer streets.
