A WAREHOUSE and office unit at Keilor Park in Melbourne’s north-west has sold after auction for $650,000.
The vacant property at 6/37 Keilor Park Drive, Keilor Park, was sold to a local owner-occupier by Theo Karkanis and Paul Rizzo of Ray White Commercial.
“We had keen interest in this outstanding commercial property with a total building area of approximately 330 sqm which was purchased by a local business operator looking for larger premises with enough car space for their growing staff,” Karkanis said.
“The offering comprised approximately 145 sqm of quality offices over two levels and a 52 sqm mezzanine area,” Rizzo said.
