PROPERTYLINK has repositioned its board, including the appointment of Sarah Kenny as a non-executive director.
Vice chairman Stephen Day will step down from the role but remain as an executive director, whilst Peter McDonald will step down from the board to focus on his new role as chief investment officer.
“I am pleased to announce a number of changes to the composition of the board that progress our commitment to further strengthen the diversity and experience of the board as we position ourselves for thenext phase of growth, with the right capabilities and experience to support the strategic direction of Propertylink,” chairman Peter Lancken said.
Kenny will also take up a position on the audit and risk committee, with more than 30 years in the legal profession including as a partner of Herbert Smith Freehills for 20 years.
Her experience includes commercial law and expertise in industries including financial services, technology, media, intellectual property, gaming and sport, and outsourcing.
