GOODMAN has secured the signature of ILS Pty Ltd for its 3,267 sqm office and warehouse facility at Unit 1, 12 Marks Road in Sydney’s lower north shore suburb of Lane Cove, within its Transtech Business Park.
The property comprises a 2,406 sqm warehouse and production area with a clearance of six to eight metres, and an 863 sqm office.
CBRE’s Geoff Hunt, Ben Byford and Peter Mangravati negotiated the deal alongside John Gray and Matt Hamilton of Goodman.
