DEXUS has confirmed the terms of its major lease to Flight Centre in its North Sydney commercial tower at 60 Miller St, soon after securing ASX-listed Ardent Leisure for the building.
Flight Centre is expected to move into the A-grade building in early 2018, having taken 6,566 sqm in a deal brokered by Knight Frank’s Giuseppe Ruberto.
The 12-level tower is on a corner position and has a five-level twin building, as well as two retail levels and basement parking for 165 cars.
Ardent signed a seven-year deal over a 1,200 sqm whole floor in the building at a rate believed to be circa-$760 per sqm.
