SURPLUS industrial land adjoining the former Perth Print House in the southern suburb of Canning Vale has hit the market.
The 96-100 Bannister Road property has more than 100 metres of street frontage and offers subdivision and development potential, including showroom, office, warehouse and workshop use.
CBRE’s Geoff Fraser, who is marketing the property said Canning Vale had recently undergone significant growth, with several large developments in the newly establish Swan Brewery Industrial Estate.
“Land is fast becoming a rare commodity in Canning Vale, so this offering is an opportunity to buy vacant land that may not be available for much longer,” he said.
The property’s northern boundary is the Roe Highway, which connects with Kwinana Freeway to the west and Albany Highway to the east.
