A LOCAL occupier has bought a purpose-built logistics facility in Melbourne’s north-west suburb of Tullamarine for $3.95 million.
Anthony Carbone of CVA sold 23-27 Trade Park Drive, while CPN Commercial Group introduced the purchaser.
The 1,834 sqm building is on a 4,195 sqm site with an 82-metre frontage to Trade Park Drive, and has a five container-height roller shutter doors, truck access, loading bays and 28 on-site parking spaces.
