CROWN Group has put the top-floor luxury penthouse at its Arc development in the Sydney CBD for sale from $7 million.
Designed by Koichi Takada Architects, the penthouse, on level 28, offers views of the city in all directions from each of its three bedrooms, three bathrooms and vast living areas.
An east-facing balcony and water feature encircle the penthouse, which is the only apartment on the top floor.
Owners will have access to the rooftop Horizon Lounge, which has barbecue and bar facilities, as well as a resort-style pool, jacuzzi, gardens and fitness facilities.
Arc by Crown Group is located at 161-165 Clarence Street and will comprise 220 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and one penthouse.
The building has a heritage-inspired street level rustic brick façade and 59 white curved arches that envelop the tower’s rooftop lounge and garden.
The development has its own retail and dining precinct, Skittle Place, offering Japanese restaurant Michi Izakaya & Ramen, Pony Dining’s new Delicatessen, Grew and Co. Fine Jewellery, Ministry of Coffee and its own hotel, SKYE Suites Sydney.
Crown Group this week unveiled plans for its $1 billion waterfront city in Jakarta’s Ancol, which will have 2,300 homes across eight towers, and marina, beach club and dining precinct, with designs also drawn up by Koichi Takada.
