CO-WORKING space will increase its presence in Melbourne’s suburbs after an owner occupier purchasing a Sandringham office, showroom and warehouse building for $1.3 million plus GST.
CVA’s John Nockles marketed 193 Bay Road, saying the 580 sqm mixed-use zoned site on a prime bayside road received enquiry from developers, investors and owner occupiers.
He said the purchaser would transform the building of 440 sqm into a “design conscious co-working space and environment.”
The property offers multiple options for commercial and residential development in the future, and has a 15-metre frontage to Bay Road and is close to Nepean Highway and Bluff Road, as well as Southland shopping centre.
