CROWN Casino’s warehouse facility in the Melbourne suburb of Sunshine West has sold to a local investor for $4.775 million.
Daniel Philip and Anthony Carbone of CVA sold the 3,607 sqm facility at 54-58 Vella Drive, Sunshine West, on a yield of 5.1%.
On a 5,602 sqm landholding with a 55 metre street frontage, the clear span warehouse has a 372 sqm ground floor office and 930 sqm of front hardstand with dual entry and roller shutter doors.
Crown pays an annual rent of $245,062.20.
The agents said the expressions of interest campaign generated over 30 enquiries and four formal offers.
