THE former NAB headquarters, 271 Collins St in the Melbourne CBD, has been fully leased after two tenants signed up.
The last two office floors have just been leased to global digital advertising company Adconion Media Group and Corporate Travel Management.
They join other office tenants including HSBC, Oakton, Optus and Origin Energy.
Adconion has leased 1,125 sqm of newly refurbished offices on level 3. The space incorporates the original 1927 Heritage Listed NAB boardroom and dining room, which are panelled in English Oak and Tasmanian Blackwood with elaborate coffered plaster ceilings. Corporate Travel Management has leased 1,370 sqm of fully refurbished offices on level 2.
The offices were leased by joint agents Fitzroys and Colliers International.
Fitzroys director Rob Harrington said the owner’s decision to both faithfully restore historic elements of the original building and create state of the art offices alongside has resulted in an exceptional working environment, a distinct attraction to incoming tenants.
He added that the five-year rolling refurbishment and renovation of 33,000 sqm of offices is now complete.
