GOLD Coast developer Alroe is launching its $31 million luxury residential development at Main Beach, with Lune.
Lune is currently under construction and will comprise six half-floor residences across three levels overlooking Broadwater with view views that can never be built out.
The villa-style residences will range from 296sqm to 340sqm, each with three bedrooms with private ensuites.
“Projects of this calibre are becoming increasingly rare due to rising land prices, which are driving down feasibility and leading to the shelving of similar developments. Lune distinguishes itself with spacious villas and unobstructed views, setting new standards for size and vistas in the area,” said Tye Alroe, founder and managing director at Alroe.
“Each of these villas provides living areas equivalent to a large home with a level of private amenities that you would expect from a luxurious coastal beach house.”
The two ground-floor villas all offer extensive outdoor living, with lush gardens and their own private pool.
Residences on the upper levels have also been designed with generous balconies and will have access to their own private rooftop gardens.
This is the latest development in Alroe’s portfolio of boutique projects across South East Queensland and Northern NSW.
“Launching off the success of our most recent development, The Finn, Lune continues the legacy of excellence synonymous with the Alroe name,” added Alroe.
“The Finn achieved record-breaking sales prices, with five out of eight apartments sold within the first 10 weeks of the campaign, underscoring its unparalleled appeal in today’s market.”
Residences at Lune are priced from $4,995,000, with Alroe reporting they have already drawn in strong interest from buyers both locally and interstate.
On the Gold Coast, Sherpa Property Group has just lodged a development application for its latest boutique Gold Coast apartment project, Flourish on Sixth.
Over in FY24, around 1,000 apartments were launched on the glitter strip with an additional 1,100 apartments commencing construction, according to Charter Keck Cramer.
Construction began on the project in May this year, with delivery being undertaken by in-house subsidiary Alroe Constructions, and residents expected to move in form mid-2025.
