CFO Capital has hired industry veteran Todd Kemp as managing director of business development of the Prairies, Green Street News can reveal.
Based in Regina, Kemp’s first day was Jan. 15. He reports to chief executive Mark Kay. Kemp’s responsibilities include originating acquisition, term, bridge and construction loans for properties in all sectors.
Kemp previously was director of syndications at Equitable Bank, formerly Concentra Bank, where he built and managed a $1.5bn commercial syndication desk tailored to the credit union system.
CFO Capital already has offices in Markham, Ont., Montreal, Halifax and Vancouver.
