CHARTER Hall has secured a tenant for its 14,055 sqm industrial facility at 2-30 Saintly Drive in Melbourne’s western suburb of Truganina.
Colliers International’s Nick Saunders and Stephen Newsham negotiated the off-market deal at $77.50 per sqm on behalf of Charter Hall, alongside Dominic Meese and Nick Lidonnici.
The property is on a corner site with frontage to Boundary Road and has an 8.6m internal height clearance with five roller shutter doors and two recessed loading docks.
