AN owner occupier has purchased a Murarrie office and showroom property for their childcare centre business, paying $1.67 million.
The two-level 3/8 Miller Street property in Brisbane’s eastern suburbs has a 516 sqm net lettable area, with a ground level showroom and partitioned and open-place office space on the first floor, plus 29 sqm of exclusive outdoor space.
The new owner will be moving from their former premises of 196 sqm over two levels at 7/58 Metroplex Avenue in the same suburb, which they sold shortly after their new purchase for $750,000 to another owner occupier.
