A CLAYTON South industrial warehouse and office in Melbourne’s south-east, has sold to a local owner-occupier for $345,000.
The vacant property at 196/248-266 Osborne Avenue, Clayton South was sold by Ray White Commercial’s Paul Rizzo.
Rizzo said the property was sold 24 hours after it was passed in at auction.
The building comprises a net lettable area of approximately 252 sqm including approximately 100 sqm of office space on the first floor, along with parking for three vehicles.
“We had a good response to the marketing campaign and more than 15 people at the onsite auction despite miserable weather,” he said. “We had two bidders but the property was passed in. We reached a deal with one of the bidders the day after the auction.”
