COLLIERS International has strengthened its Brisbane industrial team with the appointment of Joshua Tait as an executive.
Tait joins the agency from Chase Commercial where he was a sales and leasing consultant specialising in properties on the Northern city fringe.
Colliers International’s state director of industrial Simon Beirne said with demand for industrial property in Brisbane so strong, it is more important than ever for the agency to recruit experienced people.
Tait will operate across the business, with a focus on inner northern suburbs such as Albion, Bowen Hills, Pinkenba and Eagle Farm.
He said that, after several years in sales and customer service roles, a career in the property industry beckoned.
