DESANE has struck a new leasing deal at its 13 Sirius Rd Lane Cove property, increasing the rental income by 13%.
Existing tenant, engineering products and solutions company, Halley & Mellows has signed a new five‐year lease for the 1,072 sqm office and warehouse, at $210 net per sqm.
The Halley & Mellows deal together with the 1,100 sqm existing lease to Lizard Children’s Centre has resulted in a 13% increase in net rental income per annum.
Together with the 2,800 sqm office and medical manufacturing facility leased to Signature Orthopaedics at 7 Sirius Rd, the Lane Cove properties are expected to contribute over $4.6 million of net rental income, delivering a 17.5% increase over the next five years.
