FILIPINO banker and property developer Romeo Roxas has forked out in excess of $20 million for the Murray Downs Station and Epenarra Station in the Northern Territory.
Located 350km north of Alice Springs, the stations total more than 800,000ha.
The properties were acquired by Roxas’ company, Australian Green Properties.
The former director of the Philippine Veterans Bank is a keen investor for agricultural assets. He also owns land at Cobar in central New South Wales.
Meanwhile the 270,000ha MacDonald Downs Station in the north east of Alice Springs was sold to Northern Territory George Scott for an undisclosed amount.
