A FREEHOLD warehouse office complex at Currumbin on the Gold Coast has been sold to interior door and timber veneer specialist finishers Five Star Finishers for $1.8 million.
The property at 18 Hawker St Currumbin was sold by Ray White Commercial’s Tony Grbcic and Greg Watson.
“This property on a 1,895 sqm block was a rare offering in this tightly held area,” Grbcic said. “There is an increased demand for freehold industrial properties between Nerang and Currumbin and due to the lack of availability of sites and buildings in a freehold form, the time on market is being reduced and we are seeing prices rise.”
Watson said the tilt panel 1,152 sqm Hawker St building offers a further 200 sqm of air conditioned reception and offices.
