INDUSTRIA REIT has executed new leases over 2,426 sqm at 7 Brandl St and 7 Clunies Ross Court, Brisbane Technology Park.
Fujitsu has extended their lease over 1,277 sqm for two years and also entered into a new five-year lease for an additional 656 sqm at 7 Brandl St, which had previously been vacant for five years.
The property was constructed in 2006 and comprises two levels of office accommodation with NLA of approximately 5,264 sqm of which Fujitsu will occupy 1,933 sqm. Rent reviews are fixed at 3% per annum.
At 7 Clunies Ross Court, Auscript have renewed their existing lease for five years. The property was constructed in 2008 and comprises two levels of office accommodation with NLA of approximately 4,662 sqm. Auscript occupy 493 sqm on part level 2, rent reviews are fixed at 3.5% per annum.
