JLL’s director of office leasing Michael Simonds and executive of office leasing Natalie Meredith negotiated the 250 sqm lease, which will see Express Legal expand from their current address in Hampshire Rd Glen Waverley.
The rent was undisclosed, however industry sources said the rental in the area is in the vicinity of $260 per sqm.
