MELBOURNE commercial property agencies have entered into a merger agreement that will see Lemon Baxter acquire Blount Osborne Walsh’s portfolio of 110 properties being managed across a client base of 80.
Joint managing directors of Lemon Baxter, Paul O’Sullivan, Chris Curtain and Justin Clinch said Matt Walsh of BoWalsh shares the same values and the merger would allow them to further improve and grow their footprint across the western and eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
“Matt started BoWalsh over 30 years ago and is a seasoned expert in Melbourne’s commercial and industrial real estate sector, further strengthening our position as an authority in the market we operate in.”
Lemon Baxter has also recently employed new staff and moved officed to the Hickory building in Clarke Street, South Melbourne.
