A LOCAL company looking for a storage depot has locked away a warehouse site in Melbourne’s Keilor East, paying $650,000 for 98 Slater Parade.
The 575 sqm site has a single-level 387 sqm solid brick high-clearance warehouse and four on-site car parks.
Leo Mancino and Anthony Carbone of CVA negotiated the sale at $1,679.59 per sqm, saying that with the consistent achievement of top rates within the immediate area, the property received a high volume of interest.
It is conveniently positioned close to key arterials Calder Freeway, Western Ring Road and Tullamarine Freeway.
