LOGOS has made three key hires for its new Green Data Centre business in Singapore.
Paul Dwyer has been appointed as head of data centres and will head up the ongoing expansion into the sector, including with the joint venture partners the acquisition, development and management of current and future projects.
“I am excited to join the LOGOS platform and look forward to addressing the secular demand we are seeing in this space through our strong regional presence and unique product offering alongside our capital partners,” said Dwyer.
Dwyer will bring more than 16 years of real estate experience across Asia to the position, 10 of which have been spent in the data centre space across brokerage, consultancy and in-house with a developer.
Ben Hudson has been appointed to head of development, data centres and will work with LOGOS’ existing in-country teams, overseeing the delivery of data centre projects.
Hudson is joining LOGOS from Global Switch, where he was the development director, Asia Pacific.
Finally, Kieran O’Flynn has been transferred to head of customers, data centres. O’Flynn joined LOGOS in 2021 as head of leasing SEA.
Prior to working at LOGOS, O’Flynn was at JLL, in its APAC Capital Markets team, where he focused on industrial real estate including data centre coverage.
“We are very pleased to have Paul, Ben and Kieran onboard to continue our focus on our Green Data Centre Business initiative and to work alongside our existing 420 plus strong employees to execute our approach of developing and investing into fully fitted data centres,” said Trent Iliffe, managing director and co-CEO.
“The Green Data Centre Business is a key strategic initiative for LOGOS, and we envisage our combined regional real estate portfolio and in-country development expertise to be an effective one-stop shop solution for international data centre customers looking to grow in this developing region.”
